Actually I'm not sure why the guy's actually holding a real kidney. I mean, it's not like we hand people real hearts - that would be gross, and also extremely unfair to the transplant waitlist.
Maybe it's a kidney made out of chocolate. And it's dripping because it's a warm day. Let's hope that's what it is.
